These terms govern your use of socialignit.com and its subdomains, including SocialIgnit Learning at learning.socialignit.com (together, the “Service”), operated by SocialIgnit (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What We Offer

The Service includes, in different sections:

• ✓A digital marketing agency website and paid marketing/AI tools (dashboards, ad copy, SEO analysis, career tools, and similar products).
• ✓SocialIgnit Learning — free, publicly accessible trading education courses with interactive charts.

Accounts

Some tools require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@socialignit.com if you suspect unauthorized use. SocialIgnit Learning does not require an account — course progress is stored locally in your browser only.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• ✓Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed via Stripe or Ziina; prices are shown before checkout in the applicable currency.
• ✓Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• ✓One-time purchases (e.g. a single CV analysis or report) are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except where required by law.
• ✓Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most billing issues directly and faster that way.

SocialIgnit Learning — Educational Content Only

Everything in SocialIgnit Learning — including candlestick and Heiken Ashi lessons, trading platform walkthroughs, and any strategy or framework discussed — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any strategy or pattern described is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, and should seek independent professional advice before risking real capital.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✓Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulation.
• ✓Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• ✓Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content or tool output at scale without our written permission.
• ✓Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share (e.g. someone else’s CV or copyrighted material).
• ✓Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, including through automated abuse of AI-powered tools.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, courses, tools, and content, is owned by SocialIgnit or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit (e.g. a CV or business details for an audit) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the requested feature.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Ziina, Resend, Groq, RapidAPI/JSearch, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Analytics, Google AdSense) to operate — see our Privacy Policyfor details. We’re not responsible for the availability or content of external sites you reach via links from the Service, including broker or platform links referenced in SocialIgnit Learning.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialIgnit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
